Bounded by the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE), Bedok North Street 3, and Bedok North Avenue 3, Bedok North Springs comprises 3 residential blocks that are 16 storeys high each. You can choose a home from 433 units of 2-room Flexi, 4- and 5-room flats.

The name references the spring season and the green spaces in this project. The central open space offers various communal amenities for residents, including playgrounds for children, adult and elderly fitness stations, and resting shelters. The roof garden above the Multi-Storey Car Park (MSCP) is an ideal spot for neighbourly interaction. A preschool will be conveniently located within the project.
